Key responsibilities Lead the design and execution of email creative for marketing campaigns and customer journeys Create email experiences that align with business objectives and brand standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in email design, digital design, or related disciplines Demonstrated experience designing customer-facing email campaigns in a high-volume marketing environment Strong visual design skills with knowledge of email marketing best practices and responsive design Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and experience with email marketing platforms preferred
