The Facilities Maintenance Technician travels between warehouse locations to diagnose and repair a wide range of facility-related issues. This role focuses on maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient warehouse operations by performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler system, mechanical, and general building repairs.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in warehouse facilities, focusing on maintaining building systems and equipment in an industrial setting. You will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation as needed. The work involves moving between different warehouse sites, working both indoors and in facility support areas, and using standard maintenance tools and equipment for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and mechanical repairs. The environment may include exposure to typical warehouse conditions such as varying temperatures, noise, and active material-handling operations, and you will follow appropriate safety procedures and attire suitable for maintenance work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
