This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term growth and career development. Successful candidates will start as an Injection Molding Operator and, through training, skill development, and performance, can advance into a Setup Assistant role with increased responsibilities and higher earning potential. What You'll Do Operate injection molding machines in a safe and efficient manner. Assemble, inspect, and package molded parts according to quality standards and work instructions. Maintain accurate piece counts and scrap records. Assist with job setups and machine changeovers as training progresses. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Learn and support company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Participate in training designed to prepare you for Setup Assistant responsibilities. Support production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
