Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Hiring: Screen, interview, and select qualified temporary candidates to meet daily staffing requirements.
- Onboarding & Training: Conduct site orientations, manage safety compliance, and ensure all talent are fully onboarded and badged prior to shift start.
- Workforce Management: Handle daily attendance tracking, roster scheduling, shift check-ins, and payroll processing.
- Client & Talent Relations: Maintain continuous communication with shift supervisors to resolve operational staffing issues and act as a supportive resource for on-site talent.
- Performance & Safety Tracking: Monitor talent performance, administer safety protocols, and maintain accurate talent management record system updates.
